Shipping & Store Policies

Q: Sales Tax

California state law requires us to collect sales tax for all orders shipped to an address within California. Orders shipped outside of California may be exempt from sales tax.

Q: Customer Satisfaction

We stand firmly behind the products you purchase from us and we will work with you to make every purchase a pleasant experience. If at any time you find a product to be unsatisfactory please contact us for assistance.

Q: Handling Time

Please allow 1-3 Business Days for us to process your in-stock orders; Orders for items that are not in-stock can take much longer. If you have a time sensitive shipment, please give us a call to ensure there are no delays.

Q: Shipping Policy

We ship our orders via UPS, FedEx, USPS or major freight carriers for large orders. Orders are typically shipped out from our facilities within 1 to 2 business days after an order has been received. Order status updates and shipment tracking info will be provided via email. Orders will only ship within US

Q: Undeliverable Shipments & Change of Order

Customer must provide valid shipping address and telephone number upon order checkout. Our shipping carrier will make several attempts to deliver your order. Typically, a shipment will be returned to us after 3rd delivery attempt. In the event your package is returned to us, you will incur a return shipping fee by the shipping carrier.

After an order has been picked up by a shipping carrier any changes to the order, such as change of of item(s) or shipping address will incur a processing fee by the shipping carrier.

We reserve the right to deduct this return shipping fee and processing fee from any leftover balance from your order.

Q: Back Order Policy

If an item is out of stock and will be in stock for within 30 days, you have the option of placing it on back order. If an item is on back order, your items will ship out together once all items are in stock. We do not do partial shipments.

Q: Pricing and Price Reductions/Corrections

We reserve the right to change prices and make any price corrections for products at any time. Please understand that any price reduction and promotion will not be applied to orders placed prior to price reduction or outside of promotional period.

3D U Ace is the developer of 3D MAXpider and offers distribution services in Southern California.

Q: What is 3D MAXpider?

3D MAXpider refers to our line of custom fit floor liners. It is known for its patented non-slip backing called 'MAXpider".

Q: I'm going to be at SEMA or another event, could you sponsor me?

Q: I don't see mats for my ride, would you make some for it?

Q: Can I use my 3D mats rewards points here?

No, our system is separate from the one used by our retail website.

Q: What is the warranty on 3D products?

Our liners carry 3 Year Limited Warranty.

Q: What if I received the wrong product?

Q: What if I have a Manual Transmission?

Our liners are designed for vehicles with automatic transmissions only. However we do have other Trim-To-Fit liners and Universal options available.

Q: What are the differences between Kagu, Elegant, & Classic liners?

While all our floor liners are three layers, the main differences is the top layer.
  • Kagu is our stylish carbon fiber looking lightweight rubberized liner.
  • Elegant is our plush carpeted liner.
  • Classic is our older carpeted liner that's being phased out for Elegant.

Q: What are my color options?

Our liners are available in basic Tan, Gray, Black. There are no OE color match options available at this time.

Q: The box arrived damaged, should I worry?

In most cases no, unless box is opened. We will file a shipping damage claim with the carrier. Immediately contact our Customer Service Team via email at cs@u-ace.com. Please note: In all cases, pictures are required to verify shipping damage.

Q: My vehicle is not listed, what are my options?

We’re constantly adding new applications, please contact us via email at info@u-ace.com. Or we also do have Trim-To-Fit & Universal liners available.

Q: I have vinyl flooring, do you have liners for me?

Our mats/liners are not designed to accommodate vehicles with vinyl flooring.

Q: How long does it take to ship?

Our warehouse is located in Fontana, California, shipping times vary by States & rural location. Most carriers promise 5-7 business days for cross country shipments.

Q: How long does it take to process my order before shipping?

Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours (1-2 Business Days) after payment is verified.

Q: How do I make a warranty claim?

Q: How do I get the correct custom fit mats/liners for my vehicle?

Because our custom fit liners are 3D digital measured to exact contours of your vehicle, it is very important to enter the correct Model Year (i.e. 2017), Make (i.e., Buick), Model (i.e., Enclave), and sub-model or seating configurations (i.e., 3nd Row bench or bucket seating).

Q: How do I clean my liners?

We recommend only use mild dish soap (i.e., Dawn), with a soft bristle brush. Do not use any cleaners with bleach.

Q: Do I have to remove my existing floor liners/mats?

Yes, Our 3D liners/mats are designed to fit without any exist floor liners/mats.

Q: Can I place a phone order?

Sorry no phone orders will be accepted at this time.

Warranty & Return Policy

Q: RETURNS:

Returns will not be accepted unless the merchandise is complete, in re-saleable condition, and has been previously authorized by 3D U Ace.

An RMA number is required for all returns and may be obtained from our customer service team at rma@u-ace.com . Request for RMA number must be made within 30 days upon receiving the products. Any products received that are unauthorized by 3D U Ace or products not qualified for credit will be held pending a prepaid label to return the item to you or items will be destroyed after 60 days. It is important to follow the return shipping guidelines when preparing to ship the return. If an item has not been shipped out within 15 days of the RMA number being issued, we will close out the RMA due to inaction.

Replacement parts, special orders, displays, and promotional materials are not eligible for return. Merchandise returns will be accepted only for active items on our current price/inventory sheet. Credits will be issued on the basis of actual price paid less the aforementioned return charges if applicable. Freight prepaid is required for all returns unless otherwise agreed to. Cargo liners cannot be returned on the basis of cosmetic issues. Returns from stocking orders due to inventory adjustment purposes are limited to 5% of the annual purchased volume and only applicable to active items on our current price sheet. A 2 for 1 replacement order is also acceptable and would waive the restocking fee.

Q: 3-YEAR WARRANTY:

3D U Ace 3-year warranty applies to the original purchaser and guarantees 3D U Ace products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship after retail purchase from an authorized 3D U Ace dealer. A warehouse deal or closeout seller is not an authorized dealer. This guarantee does not cover damages from improper installation, cosmetic conditions caused by normal wear and tear, operation, willful abuse, or modification. Warranty does not cover consequential damage or inconvenience caused by non-operation of the product. This warranty is non-transferrable.

If a 3D U Ace product is suspected to be defective, contact us at rma@u-ace.com along with a photo and order information for warranty claims. If a replacement was shipped out, the old product needs to be destroyed for safety reasons and photo proof must be sent to rma@u-ace.com. 3D U Ace reserves the right to repair or replace the product.

Credit will be issued upon inspection and acceptance of defective goods. The RMA Dept will notify you of rejected claims.

In the event the product is deemed defective by 3D U Ace, a credit for the cost of the freight will be issued.

This 3D U Ace 3-year warranty is given in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
