Q: Who do I contact if there’s an issue with my order?

Start by contacting the company/seller you purchased our product from. Our Customer Service Team will only work directly with direct purchasers, via email at cs@u-ace.com. Please note: In all cases, pictures are required to verify warranty issue & proof of purchase.

Q: What is the warranty on 3D products?

Our liners carry 3 Year Limited Warranty.

Q: What if I received the wrong product?

Start by contacting the company/seller you purchased our product from. Our Customer Service Team will only work directly with direct purchasers, via email at cs@u-ace.com. Please note: In all cases, pictures are required to verify warranty issue & proof of purchase.

Q: What if I have a Manual Transmission?

Our liners are designed for vehicles with automatic transmissions only. However we do have other Trim-To-Fit liners and Universal options available.

Q: What are the differences between Kagu, Elegant, & Classic liners?

While all our floor liners are three layers, the main differences is the top layer.
  • Kagu is our stylish carbon fiber looking lightweight rubberized liner.
  • Elegant is our plush carpeted liner.
  • Classic is our older carpeted liner that's being phased out for Elegant.

Q: What are my color options?

Our liners are available in basic Tan, Gray, Black. There are no OE color match options available at this time.

Q: The box arrived damaged, should I worry?

In most cases no, unless box is opened. We will file a shipping damage claim with the carrier. Immediately contact our Customer Service Team via email at cs@u-ace.com. Please note: In all cases, pictures are required to verify shipping damage.

Q: My vehicle is not listed, what are my options?

We’re constantly adding new applications, please contact us via email at info@u-ace.com. Or we also do have Trim-To-Fit & Universal liners available.

Q: I have vinyl flooring, do you have liners for me?

Our mats/liners are not designed to accommodate vehicles with vinyl flooring.

Q: How long does it take to ship?

Our warehouse is located in Fontana, California, shipping times vary by States & rural location. Most carriers promise 5-7 business days for cross country shipments.

Q: How long does it take to process my order before shipping?

Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours (1-2 Business Days) after payment is verified.

Q: How do I make a warranty claim?

Q: How do I get the correct custom fit mats/liners for my vehicle?

Because our custom fit liners are 3D digital measured to exact contours of your vehicle, it is very important to enter the correct Model Year (i.e. 2017), Make (i.e., Buick), Model (i.e., Enclave), and sub-model or seating configurations (i.e., 3nd Row bench or bucket seating).

Q: How do I clean my liners?

We recommend only use mild dish soap (i.e., Dawn), with a soft bristle brush. Do not use any cleaners with bleach.

Q: Do I have to remove my existing floor liners/mats?

Yes, Our 3D liners/mats are designed to fit without any exist floor liners/mats.
