Q: Sales Tax

California state law requires us to collect sales tax for all orders shipped to an address within California. Orders shipped outside of California may be exempt from sales tax.

Q: Customer Satisfaction

We stand firmly behind the products you purchase from us and we will work with you to make every purchase a pleasant experience. If at any time you find a product to be unsatisfactory please contact us for assistance.

Q: Handling Time

Please allow 1-3 Business Days for us to process your in-stock orders; Orders for items that are not in-stock can take much longer. If you have a time sensitive shipment, please give us a call to ensure there are no delays.

Q: Shipping Policy

We ship our orders via UPS, FedEx, USPS or major freight carriers for large orders. Orders are typically shipped out from our facilities within 1 to 2 business days after an order has been received. Order status updates and shipment tracking info will be provided via email. Orders will only ship within US

Q: Undeliverable Shipments & Change of Order

Customer must provide valid shipping address and telephone number upon order checkout. Our shipping carrier will make several attempts to deliver your order. Typically, a shipment will be returned to us after 3rd delivery attempt. In the event your package is returned to us, you will incur a return shipping fee by the shipping carrier.

After an order has been picked up by a shipping carrier any changes to the order, such as change of of item(s) or shipping address will incur a processing fee by the shipping carrier.

We reserve the right to deduct this return shipping fee and processing fee from any leftover balance from your order.

Q: Back Order Policy

If an item is out of stock and will be in stock for within 30 days, you have the option of placing it on back order. If an item is on back order, your items will ship out together once all items are in stock. We do not do partial shipments.

Q: Pricing and Price Reductions/Corrections

We reserve the right to change prices and make any price corrections for products at any time. Please understand that any price reduction and promotion will not be applied to orders placed prior to price reduction or outside of promotional period.
